Please download this communication app. This is a method for us to Push you notifications including last minute details like changes at "away" events.  This has also become our primary means of registering and collecting fees for tournaments.  It will have our roster available to all and provide for inter-communication.  

We've archived the previous year's team to clean out old traffic.  A new invitation to "Argyle Archery" will be sent to your email address on file with AYSA.  You will need to accept invitation and fill in data for your profile so we can contact each other via email or text/phone for more urgent communication needs.  

There is a chat option within the app to keep all archery communication in one place. We ask that you minimize chatter and "likes" etc or the notifications will be endless and render the app ineffective.  If you have a question for the staff for example, you can selectively send a message to one or more individuals.

Within TeamSnap you control who is in your circle by adding family members to your archer's profile to keep them informed. This also gives us emergency contacts.

Some families post a picture of their archer in the profile which is helpful as we learn all the names.

For coaches, I've also created a profile for you, sent you an invitation to populate your contact data and I've marked you as a "non-player".  The non-player status is only for coaches and allows parents to easily find and communicate with us. 

Please download this scheduling app. This is where you'll sign up for "Extra practice sessions" outside your Primary session, and to sign up for "Private lessons".  Coaches will also use this to ensure coverage at practices and events.

2 Ways to locate our SignUps:

1)  Search for sign-ups created by "jmharbison1@gmail.com" within the app or website, even if you don't have an account.

2) Using your AYSA emails from registration, log-in and find our SignUps under the "Invited To" tab within the app, since I recently updated our roster.

This combines the NASPSchools.org, NASPTournaments.org and NASPBAI.org website functionalities.

Access NASP tournament scores, rankings, and event information.  Follow schools and archers to keep track of current tournaments and scores. View archer history and analytics for NASP tournaments.

Manage and store basic Archery Instructor (BAI) information.  This app will serve as official BAI credentials for tournament registration.  BAIs can submit the required annual report  and keep their contact information up to date.
